Do I have to be home for pickup?
Nope. Just leave your bag where you told us on pickup day. We'll WhatsApp you before we arrive and again once we've collected it — so you're always in the loop without waiting around.
How long does it take?
Three days from pickup. You get your exact return date when you book, plus a WhatsApp when it's on the way back.
What if something gets lost?
Your clothes stay in your own labelled bag from pickup to drop-off and are washed on their own, so nothing gets mixed with other orders. In the rare case anything goes missing, we make it right.
How do I pay?
After we pick up your bag, by Bit, PayBox, PayPal or cash. We bring your laundry back once it's paid. No deposit and no card details up front.
How do monthly plans work?
You get 4 pickups a month on the same day each week: Full Monthly is ₪359 and Flex Monthly is ₪215. You pay at the start of the month and can cancel anytime before the next one. A missed week rolls over one week, then it expires. Spots are limited, so message us on WhatsApp to grab one.
Do I need to sort my laundry?
No — just stuff it all in the bag. We sort colors and whites for you. Got a delicate item or a detergent allergy? Add a note when you book.
